Suffering From Fever. Blood Tests Done. Suggestions?
Sir, i am suffering from fever since last 23 days and fever happens at evening only 1st stage i have checked Malaria parasites -Negative,widal test negative,ESR high 24,TC - ok, DC- Eosinophil -7 (high), T3 ,T4, TSH -ok,Chest PA- both hilum are congested, USG report Liver is slightly fatty grade 1,KIDNEY -a simple corticla cyst of 3.4 cm x 2.82 cm in the lower pole of left kidney.URINE CULTURE - levofloxacin S, Gentamycin S, AMIKACIN - S, CHLORAMPHENICOL -S,SULBACTAM -S (S denotes to Sensitive) other normal.
Sir again on Dr advice yesterday i have rechecked Monto test, Widal test, blood culture (Bactec method),TC/DC/ESR/ANF/Malaria antigen
sir, please suggest any treatment to be taken

23 days is too long a time...It is PUO – Pyrexia of Unknown Origin.
There are no significant clues except some suggestion in X-ray.
Urine culture sensitivity report is given but not the organism or colony count / the kidney cyst is probably is an incidental finding...
You have not stated your personal habits, family history or co-morbidities, even age, gender...they could have an influence on the diagnosis and outcome...
It may be wiser to get admitted to a tertiary care multi-speciality hospital for further observation and assistance - Tuberculosis and malignancy may have to be watched for...
