Suffering from dizziness, head ache, fatigue and sweating. Taking vertin 24. Blood sugar low. What's wrong?

hi doctor i am suffering from dizziness and head ache. its momentary. not persist for whole day. when i get heavy sweating i am getting releived from it. I am taking vertin 24 once in a day. My blod sugar goes low i think iam getting fatigue and no concentrations as well. could not stand and walk well. Once if i take some sugar after 5 to 10 min iam getting releif. what is going on in my body. please explain. radhakrishnan
