Suffering From Cramps In Calves, Thighs. Taking Magnesium Multi Zinc Not Helping. Have High Levels Of Creatinine Kinase. What Are The Upcoming Risk?
Hi Samuel I am 45 male for the last 7-10 years I have been suffering from cramps mainly in my calves and inner thighs quads lately in behind my chest have been going to gym working out but have this before I started I take salt magnesium multi zinc and bicarb soda this seems to help me a little have had a blood test doc not sure so have to wait one week no exercise then test again high levels of creatinine kinase sorry no credit cards :(
And a lot many diseases, Do you have any rash on body? What is the level of CK.? What are the levels of other fractions of CPK, like CPK-MB for myocardial injury. I would advise you to get a complete evaluation to find the cause, detailed histort, examination and investigations, prominent ones would be 1. CPK- all fractions 2. ESR 3. ANA 4. KFT, uric acid 5.Thyroid profile
You may require a muscle biopsy for a confirm diagnosis.
