I am suffering from constipation for the last one year.I am also suffering from renal insuffiency for the last 4 years.I was under medication of a nephrologist year before last year when I suddenly developed constipation from an iron therapy around last year in July with very hard stool just like stones.Then seven days after stool hardening,I developed slight pain retrosternally with giddiness which was dismissed for gastritis by my doctor.ECG was done but NAD.Then after 7 days after this event,I developed full fledged MI in the wee hours of the morning.I stayed in the hospital last year in July for about 15 days.I refused cardiac angiogram because my kidney function was disordered and createnin was showing 3+.Rather I insisted for thelium stress test which revealed anreriolateral infarct.I was given EECP which I found to be somewhat beneficial.Now some cardiologists are insisting for a cardiac angiogram while some are not due to my kidneys.The constipation was worrying me but now I'm somewhat relieved after medicines from a gastroenterologist about 4 days when I had a check up.creatinin-2.7(stable),triglycerides -240,others- Ok.No hypertension,no diabetes but Uris acid within the range but tendency to rise.I am now in Escorpin Gold 20 H.S,Ranozex 500 B.D,Nicoran 5 B.D,Urimax 0.4 O.D,Metolar XR 25/12.5,Naturalax fibres and Lubowell 24 H.S.I'm feeling Ok now but I fear my kidneys are failing for which my nephrologist is preparing me for the final rendenvous with the hospital dialysis.Im highly depressed with these feelings and also because my angiogram is pending.Please tell me how should I proceed.
