Suffering From Bladder Infection, Burning, Stinging, Having Severe Abdominal, Back Pain.Should I Be Concerned?

hi i am a 27 year old female. i am suffering from what i think maybe a bladder infection for the second time in two months. its my 5th day of burning and stinging when i go toilet and the burning is constent. i have now started having severe abdominal and back pain. is there anything i can do to heal and prevent this. should i be concerned

thank you for your question.

given your constant symptoms of pain and burning, I would suggest going to the ER or your doctor right away as your symptoms sounds like a bladder infection that has progressed to the kidneys. If the latter is the case, and if they find you pyrexial (fever) you may be given IV antibiotics.
You have not mentioned if you have any vaginal itching or discharge as gynecological reasons need to also be eliminated.
Please leave for the doctor asap and drink lots of water.
