Premature ejaculation means coming too quickly, and it's one of the most common sexual problems.

Ejaculation within 3 minutes or in less then 10 thrusts may be cosidered P M E.

The condition may be related with mental upsets.

Anxiety and depression may cause P M E.

Antidepressants like fluoxetin and paroxetin may improve.

Stop and start technique is best method to improve the condition.

You consult either physician, dermatologist or psychiarist for the perfect treatment.

Don't get too stressed. Premature ejaculation is the most common of all sexual dysfunction and also is the most curable. You just need the right information and the right method that works well for you. I found this video on youtube that talks about alot of different ways to stop premature ejaculation and I've seen some good results. Maybe it can help you too.. Good luck!
