Suffer From Chronic Headaches, Pressure Behind The Nose, Congestion In The Ears. Why?
I have chronic headaches, 2 a week and they range from medium to severe. I thought it was lack of water but i drink enough fluids and have become occupied with trying to drink more and more but they still come . It feels like bressure behind the bridge of my nose and the headaches are dibilitating. It feels like something is congested and i even feel like inside my ears is congested

From your history it seems that you might be having Frontal sinusitis giving headache .
Go for PNS (para nasal sinuses ) x-ray and find out the cause.
After report consult your doctor for treatment.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Do vicks vapor inhalation.
