I have had a fullness feeling in my ears like I m under water and headaches for months. My ears are clear there no allergies and my hearing is great. My headaches are increasing and the echo sounds are getting worse. What can I do? Been to primary dr. And ent

Hi dear ,

As per your query you have fullness in ear along with head ache and echo . Well the symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition known as Meniere's disease . Meniere’s disease is a disorder that affects the inner ear. Meniere's disease is the result of the abnormal volume or composition of fluid in the inner ear. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may order tests like audiometry test , electronystagmography test and vestibular evoked myogenic potentials (VEMP) testing to confirm the diagnosis and rule out condition like acoustic neuroma and otitis media . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , steroids , antiemetic drug and meniett device . Avoid excessive salt intake and caffeine .
