Sudden Weight Gain. What Are The Exercises Which Can Be Done At Home To Reduce Weight? Can I Practise Skipping Rope?
Dear Sir/Madam, I am 23 years old . I completed graduation recently and placed in an MNC through campus. So i have been at home since 4 months waiting for the call letter. my weight is 52 before 4 months. Now i am 57 and my waist butts and tummy all increased 2 to 3 inches especially tummy. I am feeling very bad about this . Ours is a small town where we dont find excercise centers etc.. Pls suggest me excersises that can be done at home to reduce tummy and butts. I want to practise skiping rope . But i heard that it si not safe for girls as it drops over and uterus . Is that true ??

As you are young and have lot of free time ,I feel that you must be eating a lot and almost no exercise .You have gained 5 kg in 4 months and that to around wait and tummy which is mostly fat and not desirable. You must do aerobic exercises to burn calories which you take like dancing,runnig,walking,Swiming or cycling all these activities burn calories or you can also try Yoga to increase metabolism .Yes you can also do skiping rope but start slowly and gradully increase . Pay attention to your diet also reduce high carbohydrates diet and Fats to be reduced .By this you should come to shape again but take care of your health .Good luck.
hello... you can do 10 minutes if skipping..other exercises that you can do at home are stair climbing, dancing, squats, lunges, planks, surya namaskars.. do 20 reps of each and 2 sets..along with this eat small meals every 2-3 hours like oats/ ragi porridge for breakfast, fruits, nuts, salads, egg whites for mid meals.. make sure you eat salads along with lunch.. keep dinner light like soups, salads, veggies/ chicken/ fish...avoid rotis/ rice at night.. drink plenty of water... sleep well..
