Hello, I got head reeling while walking before two days..(for 3-5 seconds in every 2-3 hours approx ). Today I got the same feeling while i am with my computer(work). Can you suggest me what should i do, what may be the reason. Note: I am taking sufficient rest(sleep). No work pressure as well.

Hello!
Thanks for query.
Sudden reeling of head repeatedly suggests pre-syncopal episodes and needs evaluation.
This has multiple reasons.
Here in your case I would like to consider visual disturbance due to exposure to bright light or postural hypotension.

Work on computer with low brightness, avoid continuous working on computor by keeping gap of 5 to 10 min in between.
Drink more water and keep high salt intake.

Hope this works for you.
Thank you.
