Sudden diarrhea after eating. Bloated stomach, burping. Cause?

Over the past few days as some as I finished eating something I would have to poop right away and its was always diarrhea. Yesterday and today I couldn't poop at all but my stomach was very bloated and hard. I can not stop burping or farting and my stomachs constantly grumbles and gurgles. Why is this? What can I do to stop this grumbling and poop regularly again?

Welcome to HCM

It seems that you have been affected by bacterial infection most probably due to contaminated food you have taken. The common species like shigella and salmonella are responsible for alternating and diarrhea and constipation. Such condition affects intestinal mucosa which then loses is its active motility and results into burping and bloating.

It is recommended to have stool analysis use some antidiarrheal like metronidazol along with antispasmodic and motility enhancer like domeperidone. Use fiber diet and fresh juices. avoid fatty and spicy foods.
