Your symptoms do need treatment. You can try life style changes like dietary changes, exercise and reduction of stress. Medical treatment includes use of specific serotonin uptake inhibitors as anti-depressants, diuretics to reduce fluid retention, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs to reduce pain and inflammation and finally, hormones. In addition, nutritional supplements like vitamin B1, firm breast support, breathing exercises and yoga also help. If you do not wish another pregnancy too soon, you can also try hormone contraceptives. Hope this helps.
