Strokes And Heart Attacks

My cousin is only 49, and has recently suffered a stroke...his Mother also died very young of a heart attack , it does run on his maternal side, however my Uncle also died of heart complications, do you think that you are predisposed to suffer this horrible medical problems if they run in your family? Also I would want to know about any of your personal experiences. Thank you!

Yes Ma'am, all my Uncles had heart problems, my brother also at about 48. I had a bad heart attack and, according to the doctor passed away on the table, he couldn't bring me back or, I wouldn't stay he said. They'd tried three times but they kept loosing me. Since then I've had six bypasses. I seem to be O.K. now and for some cholesterol and a little blockage, I'm doing O.K. It does run in the family though.
