Stomach Pain, Running Nose, Cough, Cold, Gas, Vomiting. Worry?

Ive been having bad stomach pain since last night. Today i keep having to go to the bathroom but the pain isnt going away. My stomach is making noises and i have gas, too. I feel like i may throw up, but i havent yet. I also have had a cold for about a week now (runny nose , cough ). I dont know whats wrong, but its starting to worry me. Any ideas as to whats wrong?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
Thank you for the query.
This looks like gallbladder or pancreatitis attack and you should do some test to rule this out. If you noticed this after meal ,especially fatty one or alcohol intake then this is probably some of these 2. You need to do ultrasounds and some blood test first and then plan further tests and treatment.
Wish you good health.
