Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).

Nice to hear that colonoscopy was normal. But Weight loss of 20 pounds in a month is worrisome. I will advise to you for further evaluation like endoscopy examination, ultrasound abdomen or may be CT abdomen, Chest xray, some blood tests specially blood glucose, thyroid profile

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.
