Sperm Count 60 Million With 60% Motility, Numerous Pus Cells. What Does The Report Mean ?
hi.. please read my report and guide me what should i do.My semen analysis is sperm count is 60million/m, motile is 60% sluggish 10%.volume is 2.0ml colour is creamy and viscosity is thick. Pus cells are Numerous/HPF.gonial cell 04__06/HPF.please read my test and tell me coz i m confuse with Numerous pus cell. Thank you .

Do not worry the disease is very much curable. Numerous pus cell in the sperm indicates of infection and that will be curable by taking a course of effective antibiotic. As the motile sperm are more than 50% the chances of infertility are almost zero. Consult your treating doctor and if needed go for culture examination for the selection of effective antibiotic.
The course of antibiotic will cure the infection and you will be infection free. So do not delay the treatment and start the treatment as soon as possible.

The semen analysis you posted above for analysis is perfectly normal except for puss cell.
A few white blood cells in semen is normal, many puss cell suggests the presence of seminal infection.
Repeat your semen analysis; if it again shows same result, you need a course of antibiotic to treat seminal infection
