my semen analysis report is
total sperm count is 110 ml
concentraion is 55 ml
rapid prograssive is 0
slowprograssive is 60
immottile is 30
is report have any problem. thiere is any chanses of getting pregnet . what is the actual treatment. 2 yer am taying to get pregnt. how to increase rapid prograssive .

I think your count is fine but motility is on lower side. There is no comment on morphology.
You should get a semen culture and sensitivity test done to rule out any infection. It can be due to some seminal infection. You can take some antibiotic like doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for 10 days empirically also. Consult your doctor regarding this.
Also take some antioxidant and vitamin supplements for 3 months. Repeat a semen analysis after one month with 3 to 5 days of abstinence.
If the motility is still abnormal, you can go for an IUI.
