Hello,
I have had a sore throat for a few days now, the pain started on the right side of my throat just above my adams apple where I believe lymph nodes are located. The pain migrated to left side of my throat after a day or two. The strange thing is I've never encountered a sore throat that only hurts when swallowing saliva and nothing else. Nothing else hurts when swallowing, not food (spicy, salty cold, hot,) or drink. Is this common of any certain infections? I may not have enough info for you without being in person but I figured I would try.
