Hello dear and welcome.

Thank you for your query.

Let us first talk about your nipple discharge.

As described by you, it is dark brown, brownish-blackish, correct. This type of discharge can be seen a number of conditions. I understand that this discharge is mostly when you press it?

There might be some pain accompanying the discharge and that is also common. A sore nipple could be associated to this.

I would first advice you to make a doctors appointment at the earliest. I do not wish to alarm you or worry you, but although a breast discharge can at times be normal, it can also be a symptom to a deeper condition.

Fix a doctors appointment and get yourself tested. A dark-brownish discharge could be blood, and if it is, we need to find the cause.

I am only insisting on this being done at its earliest, as you are trying to conceive soon. Once all your problems and symptoms clear, you could conceive without any obstacles.

While you are at the doctors, you could request a pregnancy test, which would help ascertain your status, as you feel you could be pregnant.

Your stomach cramp could be because you are expecting your period soon. Nothing to worry about.

I hope I have answered all your questions clearly. Do write back to us in case you need more clarifications.

Wishing you the best of health, and a beautiful and healthy baby in the future.
