Sonography Report:Placenta Is Anterior Far From Internal OS & Grade 2 In Maturation

Dear Dr,

I am 35 weeks pregnant with my second baby. Today my sonography reports said that Placenta is anterior far from internal os and grade 2 in maturation. While other things are normal. But the head of baby is not down.

Can you please clear what does it means??

Regards

Hi welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your question.
Your placental placement , grading is absolutely normal. Aa you are 35 werks pregnant is not full term. As 37 weeks passed your baby head will come down and get engaged in pelvis gradually. As its natural process no need to worry about that.
Hope i answered your question.
Have a safe delievery.
Take care.
