I m 33 yr female I have never had anal sex had few sexual partners I m a smoker I have hpv I noticed 4 months ago when I wiped I had bright red blood . Then 3 months later I felt a hard lump on inside of my anus it itches bad burns hurts to sit and bothersome to walk. I have felt very tired latly and a little bloated. My momma Looked just a while ago and said it looks white. What is this ease

hi,
u should first get vaccinated and treated for hpv,have safe sex.
if you have completed your family then have a scan done to make sure of any prolapses.
if there is nothing prolapsed ,go for the biopsy of the lump that is bleeding.
consult immediately your nearby obgy for futher investigations.
