Smell Of Car Exhaust In Nose. Dry Nose, Mouth And Throat. Frequent Heartburn. No Sinusitis
I can smell car exhaust in my nose . No one else smeels it. I smell it anywhere anytime. I have no sinusitis of infection mout is perfect no injuries. I do notice at night my nose is dry as is my mouth and throat often times. I also have frequent heart burn . I have no cold of flu . It is pretty intense at times and makes me feel sick, nauseous (?)

your symptoms suggest decreased or no mucous / salivary gland secretion. Need further evaluation to find the cause. Get examined by your doctor once and to rule out sjogren syndrome.
The dry nose and smell perception in the absence of any smell with other symptoms suggests atrophy changes. Get examined once and for time being put nasal drops to both nostrils 5 times a day.
