Small Lump On The Left Side Of Testicle And Scrotum. How To Get Rid Of It ?

hey !! dr. i have a problem with my sexual part of the body .thats is, testical problem.. i am not sured but i think i have small lump on the left size of my testical.. and the scrotum, that caused my testical balls hanging...and i got my penis in a small size around .4 inches...so i want to know that having a lump in testicals and scroutm cause the great effect on the size of the penis.if it is, then how to get rid of that problem..

Hi,
From your history it seems that you might be having small hydrocele or some swelling in your epidydymis.
consult surgeon and get examined.
Size of penis is not affected by having any problem in scrotum, unless there is very large hydrocele.
