Small Hole Near Vagina With Swollen Gland With Foul Odour, Pain In Left Side With Swollen Soft Area. Sign Of Cancer?
I have a small hole near my vagina ands a swollen gland beside the hole. it drains and has a foul odor I am also having pain on my left side and there is a swollen soft area there that is most painful when I stand up from a sitting position but the pain seems to be consistient also think I have some swollen lymphnodes, could this be a sign of cancer????

Hi,
The problem you have seems to be a bartholins abscese that is partially opened& is draining the pus formed. on the other side it is not yet opened.
Its painful because its infected & inflammed.
- Aprt from local hygeine hot water foments,you will need-
-proper opening& drainage of abscess
- A course of antibiotics & antiinflammatory drugs along with(some times) metranidazol & B complex preparations
_ Sometimes a small surgery named Marsupialisation is performed.
* If left untreated,it may resolve for time being but recurre again.
* So, you are adviced to consult a Gynac & have a proper managment of the
condition
