Small, Hard, Painful, Movable Lump In Front Of Right Ear. 4 Months Pregnant. Anything To Worry?

I have a small, hard, painful, movable lump about an inch in front of my right ear. I first noticed it several months ago. It has not gotten any bigger but has possibly gotten a little more painful and tender (i.e. if I lean my head on my hand and accidentally press on it, it hurts a lot). Is this something I should be concerned about? I am also four months pregnant, but I definitely noticed the lump a few months before my pregnancy.

Hi,
Thanks for contacting HCM
As you have small, hard, painful, movable lump about an inch in front of my right ear and also have the pregnancy of the 4 months.
These all finding suggestive of acute parotiditis of the right ear. Please consult the ENT specialist for better diagnosis and management.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having pre auricular enlarge lymph node or sebaceous cyst.
Try to find out any infection focus surrounding area which might have caused enlarge lymph node.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
