Small, Flat, Painless Bumps On Shaft Of Penis Followed By Diarrhea, Fatigue, No Appetite, Anxiety. History Of Having Unprotected Sex. Help
Hi I had unprotected sex with a friend for about 4 minutes. The next day I found 3 small flat painless bumps on the shaft of my penis. they do not hurt or itch, what are they? that was a week ago. Now I have diarrhea, fatigue, and a lose of appetite. I do not feel tired all the time but more than usual. Some times when I'm feeling Ill I freak myself and my body creates symptoms of what ever I think is wrong with me, which has happened in the past. Idk if these symptoms are caused from my anxiety or if it is something serious. Please help!
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that the bumps are the result of the candidiasis, trichomoniasis, or fungal infection. What ever it may be it is important to consult a dermatologist for treatment. Diarrhea, fatigue, and loss of apetite are different thing, and is a coincidence. It needs to be treated in a different way. I prescribe to my patient with such diarrhea, ofloxacin, ranitidine, and domperidone. and if pains are there paracetamol. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
