Small Child Having Cold, Cough, Ear Pain, Fever. Taking Mega CV, Adcef. Treatment Options?

my 3.6 years old daughter is suffering from cold , cough , ear pain and mild fever(for 3-4 times) for over 3 weaks. i consult my regular doctor for first weak he gave Mega CV( antibiotic ) for 5 days(6 ml/day) and after that course he gave adcef(antibiotic) for 7 days) after the course also my baby is suffering from ear ache and cold(sever plegm)

Hi,
Most of this is due to viral infection.
The child already received 2 kinds of antibiotics.
Anyway fever is less now which is a goodsign.
The cold and cough will take more time to improve.
Now you continue only some nasal decongestant syrup and nose drops.
Discuss with your doctor.
