Small Child, Frequent Vomiting. Prescribed Junior Lanzol, Gave It In The Night. Cause Of Worry?

hello doctor, my baby is 3 and half years old. as she is vomiting , we consulted a pediatrician . Therefore prescribed junior lanzol to be given in the morning. but by misunderstanding we had given in the night and have the good after 15 min. After some time she vomited and started crying. will there be any problem. please advise.

Please give her ondansetron syrup to prevent her vomiting.
Repeat the lanzol tab early borning before breakfast.
