Constipation is a common problem and is mostly related to dietary habits.
Give him plenty of fluids.glucose water.fruits, green leafy vegetables.,salad.
Decrease milk and milk products.
Avoid all kind of fried and junk food.
Give sitz bath (make him sit in tub of lukewarm water for 10 t 15 minutes.)

Wishing your child good health.

Feed Your child with fresh fruit juices especially guava, papaya, apple with skin and pomegranates.
Use sprouted dhal .
Ask him to drink plenty of water.
For some kids milk also cause constipation so use thin milk.
Avoid non veg, Maida products, junk food, chocolate, snacks.
U supplement these things with nicely cooked sprouted grains.
