Small Brown Dots On Hands, Slouting Behind Ear. History Of Fungal Infection And Sinuses. Reoccurring?

I had a fungal infection years ago in my lungs and sinuses when a doctor gave me Levoquin for three weeks. Diet cleared it up. Now, yers later I am getting small brown dots on my hands and I haven't had those since I had the fungal infection. I also have sloughing behind one ear and it s weeping. I have tried to dry it out but it comes back.????

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in HCM.
The lesions behind ear can be intertrigo. It is a mix bacterial+fungal infection.
A combination cream with antibiotic antifungal and steroid may be helpful.
Brown dots can be seborrheic keratoses or Pityriasis versicolor a fungal infection.
A visit to dermatologist will allow proper diagnosis and treatment of both.
