For treating pityriasis versicolor I would recommend you to take capsule Itraconazole 400 mg single dose stat and apply Terbinafine cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.

These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.

You can take capsule onitraz forte 200 mg 2 capsule single dose or capsule canditral 200 mg 2 capsule single dose.
Apply terbicip cream or tyza cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.

I have purchased the Itraconazole 200 mg not available in 400 mg

1. Do I take 2 capsule in a day ?
2. How long this would take to filled the white spots ?
2. Please also suggest related to fooding that what I have to avoid ?
3. If you have please give your valuable suggestions for Do's and Don't do's ?

Detailed Answer:
Yes you have to take itraconazole 200 mg 2 capsules for one day only.
It usually takes around 3 weeks for white spots to disappear.
Avoid sugary foods.
Avoid sharing of soap, towel, clothes, stay in cool airy environment, avoid hot humid weather and wear loose cotton clothes.
