I keep have sloppier stools. I am breast feeding and take a pregnacare vitamins and omega oils especially for breast feeding. I try to eat healthy and I am always drinking water, fruit juices or teas and coffees although most are decaf. When I start to worry about it everything reverts back to normal then it happens again. hi... you have loose stoolds, but you have not mentioned the frequency... if it is foul smelling, more number of times, fever, painabdomen, and dehydration then you need treatment with antibiotics.. if it is once then no need to worry... otherwise your food habit is very good.. wash your hands with soap and water before food and after attending tiolet... all the best.
