Shrunk Testicles, Prohormone, Painful Still, Libido Problems. How To Get Over It ?

I,m 32.
About a year ago i have taken something that i know now was a prohormone.I noticed that my testicles shurnk.And instantly stoped to take it.My Testicles are painfull still.
They have restored them selfs to about 70% of normal size.But i still have libido problems.Also my mood is vary strange.Even tho i still go to the gym.Noticed a lump on my left nipple.Mild gyno i was told.
I was told it takes 3 Months for body to recover itself.But whit me its been almost a year.I,m desparate.

You need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
Investigations like semen assay, hormone profile( FSH,LH,Testosterone,Estrogen ),ultrasound of scrotum should be done.
You may have psychological aspects for your problem.
Better you consult your doctor.
There are many reasons for gynecomastia,it needs to be investigated.
