Should We Worry About Bleeding From Nose After An Injury On Head That Caused A Lump On Forehead?

My two year old was jumping on the bed, fell and hit the wood frame. There's a large lump on his forehead and he got a bloody nose that is still a mix of clear mucus (he's got a cold) with blood. His eyes are dilating just fine and he didn't fall asleep nor did he throw up after hitting his head. Is it okay to put him to bed, its been almost 3 hours.

Hi
Welcome to Helathcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

You can definitely put him to bed.
I appreciate your clinical knowledge in self assessing your baby, there is no cause for concern.
No vomiting, no abnormal movements, no convulsion rest be assured everything is alright.
Local application of ice pack and giving anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen will be beneficial.
