Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.

In my opinion you should switch on to syrup calpol and keep on watching . IF fever does not subside after giving calpol then better consult a pediatrician for the diagnosis & treatment. As there are so many causes for fever which needs to be ruled out by different investigations under guidance of your doctor.

Good luck,
Thanks.
