Should The Contraceptive Pills Be Taken After 7 Days Of Using The Previous Pill?

Hello,
My doctor has prescribed me Novelon as a contraceptive pill.
She told me to start it from the 2nd of my next menses (periods 1).
After that, i shall take the 21 pills of the tablet.
When should i start the 2nd tablet ? After 7 days from the day I stop using the pill (so my 28 days cycle is complete), or on the 2nd day on my menses, again (periods 2)?
