Should I Meet Doctor For Knot And Pain In Jaw Of A 6 Year Old?

Hi, my son, 6 years old has been complaining about his jaw bone hurting for about a week and last night he showed me a knot that hurts really bad. It is right at his ear in the corner of the jaw and cheeck bone. Should I take him to a dentist, doctor, or ent?

I think what you are quoting is an enlarged lymph node and it could be due to an ear infection or a small injury to the scalp or infection of lymph node itself. I suggest you get it examined by your paediatrician first.
