Should I Give Walamycin Syrup To A 20 Month Baby For Loose Motion?

My 20 months old son is having semi loose motion(not watery but thick liquid) from yesterday, yesterday he had 4 motions with bad salty smell and today he had one but same type motion, should I give me him walamycin syrup and what will be the dosage

Diarrhoea is usually self limiting and does not require any oral antibiotics.
It requires oral rehydration solution either home made or commercial available to prevent dehydration.
