Should I Be Worried About The Lump In The Middle Of Shoulder?

Hi
I have a lump in the middle of my shoulders below my neck should I be worried I have N appointment to see my docs In two weeks just need to know if I should be pulling it forward

I have had lower back pain neck ache all in the last month and currently anemic

Hi,
These symptoms are common to a number of conditions. You may have pulled muscles or this may be early arthritis. It would be impossible to be more specific with limited information.
I suggest you can wait to see your doctor without changing the appointment. Examination and blood tests will be necessary to help with diagnosis. Paracetamol and ibuprofen will help the pain in the meantime.
