Should Morning After Pill Be Taken With Contraceptive Pills For Extra Safety?

I am a 21 year old female i am on birth control pills i take them everyday around the same time between a hour or 2 of the same time. Mostly at 9 but some days at 8 or 10 last night i had sex with my boyfriend and he did not wear a condom he usually does and he came inside of me should i go get the morning after pill? I am supposed to get my period in a week from today too. My real question is will my birth control pills be enough to make sure i will not get pregnant.
