Hi

Since your vomiting is so severe that you are not retaining anything, if I were your doctor I would first admit you and give you medicine to stop vomoting and fluids and vitamins in the drip for nourishment.
Check your urine for ketones and blood for electrolytes and treat accordingly. Once you recover ( which would take 3-4 days) I would discharge you with medicines to stop vomiting.
Have you done your ultrasound. Do you have twins. if you are pregnant with more than one baby then also morning sickness will be severe.
If you still continue to vomit I will do tests to find out if you have over activity of thyroid gland.
Here are some tips to reduce vomiting.
Take frequent small meals/snacks.
Eat toast, dry crackers , roti etc. eat bland food.
Dont eat oily, spicy, fatty food or food that has flavours which you cannot tolerate.
Take ginger powder or use ginger in food preparations
Some of them feel good with ice cream in the morning. You too can try that.
Dont worry morning sickness usually subsides by the end of third month.
