Should I Be Concerned For Stiff Neck With Small Lumps At The Back Of The Neck For Which I Have Taken Advil Tab?

I rolled onto my neck while doing a back rolling flip from my bed and heard my neck crack. It didn't hurt but just shocked Me. The pain and stiff neck didn't come until the next day. And subsided 3 days later. Last night I slept without a pillow and woke up with a small lump on my right back neck. And felt slight swelling behind my head along with small lumps. Could it be I aggravated my previous neck issue? It doesn't hurt, but uncomfortable. I took Advil to help with muscle tension. No fever. What should I do? Should I be more concerned? Thank you.
