Shocks In Belly After Urinating. Bladder Infection Or UTI?

My daughter is saying that she feels like she is getting shocks in her belly after she goes to the bathroom (urinates). She said her bum doesn t hurt but her belly does. When I ask her what she means, she says it s like when you go down a slide and you get shocked sometimes. Do you think she might have a UTI or bladder infection since she says it happens after she urinates? Other than mentioning this shock to me, she s acting totally normally; no other symptoms.

Pediatrician 's  Response
It looking like bladder infection. In this case complete urine examination to be done to look for any infection. Tell her to take plenty of water and oral fluids and not to hold urine and meet your pediatritian for furthur evaluation
