Sharp Piercing Feeling Jolts In The Stomach On Sitting Straight, Inhaling. What Could It Be?

Hi, this has been going on for 10 mins, when I sit up straight, a sharp piercing feeling jolts through my stomach .. If I exhale, I can stand straight, but when I inhale, I can t move without the pain... It hurts very badly, I feel like if I try to force stand.. I will tear something. Can you help at all or tell me at least what it is?

Hi john ! Do you have problem in digestion. It shows the symptom of inlarge liver or gall blader or hernia of stomach. sorry but we need an ultrasound for correct diagnose. take care. Be healthy. Bye.
