Dear friend,

Thanks for posting your query on this website. I can fully appreciate your concern for problem.

From your symptoms, you seem to be suffering from anal fissures (bruises in the internal lining of the anal wall).

I recommend the following treatment :-

1. High fibre diet with abundant of salads.

2. Avoid constipation

3. 2% XXXX - to be applied inside the rectum, just before passing stool and immediately after stools. Continue it for 15-20 days till you recover completely.

4. XXXX Ointment - daily application THRICE a day inside the rectum for 15-20 days.

5. Tab XXXX 2 tablets daily at bedtime, until the constipation is completely relieved.

I am confident that you will certainly benefit from the advice.

May I assure you that I am always available for your assistance and will try my best to cure your condition to the best of my experience and knowledge.

Please feel free to revert back to me AFTER 2 WEEKS with information regarding the response.

General & Family Physician Dr. Pavan Kumar Gupta's  Response
Hello,
The most likely causes for painful defecation with bleeding are anal fissures and haemorrhoids. You must consult a surgeon and get the anal and rectal examination done to arrive at the proper diagnosis.
Till you meet your doctor, avoid constipation by keeping your stool soft.
Take plenty of water and take more of fibre in your diet.
May take some psyllium husk daily,to avoid constipation.
Actual treatment would be decided after the diagnosis.
Thanks
