Sharp Pain In Left Forearm, Wheezing, Sore Throat. History Of Heavy, Painful Periods And Lethargy. Concerning?

Hi, I am 33 years old and female, I have been feeling extremely lethargic and suffering from really heavy periods over the last 2 years or so, gradually getting heavier and more painful as time goes on. My GP wants to take blood tests for anemia. Today I have been experiencing sharp shooting pains in my left forearm and I am also really wheezy and have a sore throat. Should I be concerned? Thanks.
