Sharp back pain on left side, difficulty breathing, coughing at onset of pain. Solution?

Sharp back pain on the left side, below shoulder blade. Made worse with exertion, I.e. mopping, sweeping,... At the onset of the pain I've noticed I start coughing & have a little difficulty breathing. When coughing stops there is a little increase in the pain if I take a deep breath. Have had the pain for about 3 weeks.

Thank for asking to HCM
If it is since 3 weeks then it required clinical examination and other essential tests to rule out the underlying possibility of chest disease, along with that certain blood work will also be needed, now do not take it, it as granted, consult the physician have nice day.
