Severe Urine Infection, Urgency Of Urination, Pain And Numbness In Limbs, Virtigo, Contracting Muscles. Serious?

my frend is not feeling well from few months firstly he got a severe urine infection ,,, stil not well fully ...stil he has urine urgeny pain in legs n numbness in fore n hind limbs ,,,n so much virtigo especially when he on bed or when he changes his position,,,, wt it cud b ,,, ?? any serious problem he felt his muscles alwas contracting

Hi, it appears that he has chronic urinary tract infection, may be due to the small stones in the ureter, prostatic hypertrophy, resistant organism,etc.
The vertigo could be due to some problem in the internal ear, or in the brain. So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
