Severe Stress, Pain In Chest, Panic Attack, Needle Sticking Feeling In Breast And Stomach, Vomiting Diarrhea, Burping. Symptoms Of Heart Attack?

Hello, I have been under a lot of stress for ummm (Nickel 12yrs old one of my cats I had to put down, I can't get along with my son and his girl who live in my home, bills, etc.... I have been breaking down in uncontrollable sobs from grief and worring.
My chest has been hurting and just figured panic attacks but then I started having this feeling between my breast like a needle sticking in it and my stomach (not intestines) feels like a bowling ball is sitting on it. I have been vomiting and diarrhea. I feel funny/strange I cant explain this feeling. I also keep burping nonstop and it taste horrible/funny. I'm on omeprazol for acid re-flux.
God help me I have no money and have not read the terms/conditions and you probably about to ask me for money so I guess this will not get through.
I'm scared, am I having a heart attack or had one?

Hello.The symptoms that you say are very characteristic of anxiety-stress(Also you refer various stressful events).In a heart attack patient has chest pain but not,initially, vomiting, diarrhea or acid reflux.
However, if you are a person with cardiovascular risk factors(diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, smoking and obesity)it is recommended to make an electrocardiogram.Go to your doctor as soon as possible to make ECG, rule out cardiac pathology and prescription of anti-anxiety drug.
