what is the difference between a severe panic attack and a heart attack.what are the sign and symptoms of both,is there any way to differentiate between a severe panic attack and a heart attack?

I think both are dangerous and present in a similar manner. One of my friends had rushed to ER fearing a heart attack but was diagnosed normal and was anxiety related.
